All our services are undertaken by our in-house RICS Accredited Surveyor Michael Buroni, who has worked as a surveyor since 2015, and has a wealth of experience in the built environment and undertaken a great many inspections and surveys across the Southeast.

Homebuyer Surveys
Here at Beacon Surveying we offer three main levels of service for buying your new home or investment.

Snagging
Predominantly for new-build properties, but also useful for fully refurbished homes, a photographic snagging inspection provides a list of all identified defects and notable imperfections which you are then able to share with the developer.

Level 2 Homebuyer Report
This service is most suitable for conventional properties which are in reasonable condition. It includes general advice on defects that are identified, and typically other issues that may affect the property, which are likely to result in unforeseen costs.

Level 3 Homebuyer Report
This service is more detailed then the Level 2 and is more suitable for older or complicated properties or homes that have been altered significantly since construction.
This more thorough report provides you with analysis of the property's condition and includes advice on defects, repairs and maintenance options.
Defect Diagnosis
Often defects in properties go unnoticed and untreated for years, but some presenting defects will be indicative of larger issues.
From suspicious cracking, damp or unusual stains or even unusual smells, with our knowledge and experience, we are often able to determine the likely cause, and offer recommendations for next steps.
Other Investigations
Sometimes, there is no fixed service which covers what you need for your home
